STEP 1: FORMAL INTRODUCTION TO THE PHYSCIAN

STEP2: WRITING UP DETIALED HISTORY OF YOUR COMPLAINTS
Filling up of the detailed history form Adults/ Children which is available for download in our website www.jordanhomoeo.org under the domain download.
The patient or the parents is expected to complete the history form i.e., to write the answer to question that has been asked in history form and Submit completed medical history form and any investigation like x-ray, scan, Blood reports, psychological reports if available through Email to drnoah84@yahoo.com
STEP 3: FIXING UP APPOINTMENT FOR INTERVIEW WITH DR.NOAH
The submitted Medical history form will be gone through by Dr. Noah Nathan- (Homoeopathic Paediatrician and Family physician, Founder Jordan homoeo clinic and child care centre)
An appointment will be fixed for Dr. Noah’s online video case taking on the time convenient for the patient and physician.
STEP 4: INTERVIEW OF THE PATIENT BY DR.NOAH THROUGH ONLINE-(THE MOST VITAL STEP)
This is the most vital part of the whole process
A detailed clinical, Homoeopathic Case taking will be done directly by Honourable director of our centre Dr.Noah Nathan through online video like skype, etc.
The interview may extend upto 1 – 2 hours. In case of children, they would be made to interact with Dr.Noah ( Homoeopathic paediatrician) and their behaviours will be observed through video which is very essential in homoeopathic prescription.
STEP 4: STARTING OF HOMOEOPATHIC TREATMENT
Case processing will be done using scientific tools. Planning & treatment programming will be done and patient will be oriented. Homoeopathic medicines will be will be dispensed through International post, courier or through air.

STEP 5: REGULAR FOLLOW UPS
After the patient has started Homoeopathic medication, he/she is expected to give regular follow up through email or online video. Explaining the improvement to physician once in 15 days or once in a month or once in 3 months depending upon the gravity and magnitude of the disease.
The follow up of the patient will be recorded in scientific tool called RREF(remedy response evaluation form) the next course of medicine will be dispensed based on the follow ups. All the care will be taken to lead the patient towards Cure.
